Creator Monetization Terms

These terms apply to users who monetize content or receive payments on LaRed.

Eligibility

Creators must:

• be at least 18 years old
• comply with platform rules
• maintain an active account in good standing

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Creators agree that:

• LaRed may deduct platform fees
• payment processors may require identity verification
• payouts may be delayed for fraud prevention

Taxes

Creators are responsible for:

• reporting income
• paying applicable taxes

LaRed may issue tax forms where required by law.

Prohibited Monetization

Creators may not monetize:

• illegal content
• stolen content
• content violating community guidelines

Platform Fees

LaRed may charge transaction or subscription fees which will be disclosed within the platform.

Termination

LaRed may suspend monetization privileges for violations of platform rules.
